Program
of Leadership Development Camp has been started for young students
of India and abroad for the general awareness of Adventure Tourism
and intercultural living experience. Objective of Leadership
Development Camp is the development of Leadership qualities
, encounter with hidden personality, Adventure sports training
and experience of living at different places.
We believe that there are certain qualities in an individuals
which are by birth, we call them inherent qualities and few
are acquired by putting people in a certain enviornment and
by changing their behavior.
Tourism could
be the best way of understanding other culture and religions
and through spending most innocent part of the life at some
other’s courtyard far from their own home and sometimes country
is the most effective impression in the way to universal harmony,
love and cooperation. Sub continent India it self is the home
of countless religions and cultures, where after few hundred
kilometers language, costumes, rituals, worship styles change.
Though a silent bound of love and togetherness keeps all in
a stream but still some times one finds him unknown when listens
wonderful things like:
People
worshiping ghosts
Sparrows cleaning a lake
Monks lifting up during meditation
Devil dances, ghost marriages
Deities governing the villages
Purest Aryan race
300 Kms long high altitude lakes
Buddhist mummies- the science of preserving bodies in Buddhism
Fairs and festivals
Tantrik oracles by monks
Thousands of years old Trans Himalayan Monasteries
Silk route to China and Hindustan Tibet road
People living on Indo China, Indo Tibetan, Indo Pak borders
Teachings of HH The Dalai Lama
Yoga and meditation
This diversity
in culture and mystic Himalayan way of life offers a healthy
way of adventure sports too as:
White
water river rafting
Paragliding and hang gliding
Skiing and snow boarding
Trekking, Camping and hiking
Rappelling, rock climbing, jummaring, river crossing and bungi
jumping
Independent survivals
Rescue and evacuation training
Sustainable

This
all is done with our very special program called " Student’s
experience in interstate and inter culture living". We organize
this programs in different valleys of Himachal (Dharamsala, Shimla,
Manali, Kinnaur, Lahoul & Spiti), South India, Rajasthan and
Ladakh Himalayas. The students are taken to different villages
where villagers accommodate them with open hearts. Some times
we camp in High altitudes or deserts and sometimes we stay at
